Originally from Argentina, Julieta is a Mat and Reformer Pilates teacher based in Australia, where she completed her Pilates teacher training and began developing her practice as an instructor.
With a background in Psychology and Health Coaching, Julieta has always been curious about the relationship between the mind, the body, and the way we experience ourselves. Her journey into Pilates grew from this interest, discovering movement as a powerful way to develop not only physical strength and awareness, but also a deeper connection with ourselves.
Alongside Pilates, Julieta is a dedicated meditation practitioner and has completed Vipassana meditation retreats. Her meditation practice has taught her the value of slowing down, observing without judgement, and being present with whatever arises — principles that continue to influence the way she approaches movement and teaching.
Julieta sees teaching as a form of service and giving. Sharing what she has learned, creating space for others, and supporting people through their own movement and wellbeing journeys is something she finds deeply fulfilling. She brings care, presence, and love into everything she does, believing that the intention behind the practice is just as important as the practice itself.
Julieta believes that the body can be a doorway into understanding ourselves more deeply. Through Pilates, she hopes to create an experience where movement becomes not only a physical practice, but also an opportunity to connect, listen, and be more present.
For Julieta, Pilates is a practice of strength, awareness, connection and love — both within the body and beyond it.
