I held my workshop on Saturday afternoon. It was a practice run through with my husband to see how the format went and how I went!
I absolutely loved it, and so did my husband. He is one of these who find it very difficult to sit and do nothing. He also has a science background, so unless there is science behind something he will not believe it has any benefit. He loved the two Yoga Nidra sessions, and was really impressed by the information around what each step is and why we do the steps. He also like the brain wave information. He said the workshop was well paced, a good balance between practical and knowledge.
Overall, doing the practice run through was great as I now feel confident to advertise and run the workshop for a small group of people!
