Wow so excited I finished my RYT200 course this week, what an amazing experience. I was a little worried in the beginning when I saw how much work there was to do but once I got my self into it, I found it quite easy to navigate. I can't thank the team enough for all the help and support. A special thank you to Andrea and Sunny who were there through the whole process and any questions we had were answered and explained. I loved meeting the other girls during this journey in the live sessions and I am sure some of us will be keeping in touch with each other. What an amazing experience that has changed my world. I have just completed my RYT200 course online and found the Santosha team to be inspiring, committed and kind. My 200 Hour teacher training online course has been a life changing experience for me. Despite practicing asana for over 20 years, I had never had the ability to spend a month or more away from home to become a teacher. This course made it possible. I also had no real idea what yoga really was until I spent a month studying with Sunny and the Santosha team. This is a genuinely caring and nurturing course and the teachers are amazing. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to take the next step in their yoga journey and become a teacher.

Working with Santosha was an amazing experience. The amount of knowledge you walk away with is incredible and you really get a sense of the passion behind each and every teacher. I wasn't sure what doing my ytt online would be like but I'm so glad to have chosen that option. I did everything in my own time and didn't feel any pressure getting things done. They've been super helpful in answering questions and giving amazing feedback on the assignments. You can tell they genuinely want you to succeed. It's hard to know what kind of quality you're getting with a ytt but I'm walking away knowing I chose the best school there is. I've spoken to others that have done their ytt only just before I did and was shocked by the lack of information/knowledge they were getting as opposed to myself even before finishing the course. Just goes to show how thorough Santosha is at making sure you're fully equipped with everything you need to become an incredible yoga teacher and doing so in a way that truly helps your future students in their practice as opposed to just throwing out poses blindly. There is a life before I started this course and one that I have discovered during the time with Santosha. I wasn't able to attend in person but even the online course touched my heart so deeply. I am so full of gratitude for being able to be a yoga student at the Santosha Yoga Institute school. The COVID 19 pandemic has affected everyone in many ways. I unfortunately have not been able to travel to see my beautiful family as much as I would have wanted to, but the pandemic gave me the time to take this course. The opportunity to take part in the 200 hour yoga teacher training came at a time in my life when I was learning the hard lesson of being patient. This lesson continues, but yoga has taught me to observe my emotions and be less judgemental. The Santosha teachers are so professional, knowledgeable, kind and supportive. I really enjoyed the combination of live classes and online content. It was amazing to meet others from around the world who shared their love of yoga. I am very thankful to Santosha that I am now a yoga teacher and can't wait to teach others.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the RYT200 course. I particularly liked how you could work the course to suit your situation. I decided to clear my diary for a month and totally focus on the course and I really enjoyed the mix of prerecorded modules and live sessions. I also really liked how whilst learning online I did feel part of a team and got the know the other students on the same journey.
